I think we should come up with a trap. Like a cage that will go down once this soul eater steps onto it. Or a table where some people could observe what happens in the upper part of the place.

I, along with the officers, will surround the area. We will scatter to make sure no place gets unobserved or guarded. If it is a projection, then we have to take a look at everyone for odd movements. There will also be cameras to record further events.

I am annoyed at how the process and progress is slow. There isn’t much information. We always lack in something, like the last time, we didn’t do it very well. And we must do something now to capture whoever is doing this.
