-Valerio- I kept my eyes on Octavia as she stepped outside and positioned herself on the balcony, looking inside. For the first time, she seemed almost lost, like she was navigating unfamiliar territory with no idea how to proceed. I felt a strong urge to go to her, to offer help, but I had not brought her along for people to see me rushing to her aid. “So, what’s it like having the traitor with you?” someone suddenly asked. I was taken aback by the question, displeased at hearing people speak about Octavia in such a manner. Thankfully, Selene stepped in and took charge. “It’s challenging, but she has pledged her loyalty to our king. She’s no longer a threat, as you can see. She still needs some taming, but she has essentially become nothing more than a little wild pup,” Selene said
