Noah's POV
The entire car ride to the Full Moon Pack, Violet would not stop talking about the King's Ball coming up. I was a tad jealous that Alice asked her instead of me, but they deserve it. They can have a sisters trip while I spend time with Alex and Chris. As for Chris, he wasn't too thrilled about Violet leaving for a weekend, surrounded by other Alpha's. Especially those who are un-mated.
We finally pull up to the packhouse and I smile as soon as I see Alex standing out front waiting for us along with other members of the pack. I don't hide my excitement as I jump out of the car and run into his arms. I hear a few gasps from his pack, as they may not have expected someone to hug their Beta/temporarily Alpha like that. Or maybe they didn't know he was gay as the gasps grew loude
