I looked at him and saw him struggling not to shift. I guess being told that he lays claim to OUR baby, did his head in too. Man, I didn't want to have to stop him from shifting, but I had to become the reasonable one.
Part of why Gabe is so in control all the time is because when he had first shifted, he went on a rampage. He couldn't control Silver and was basically feral. Roman and I had to lock them in the dungeons for a good few months while we taught him how to work with Silver and not give him control. Since then, Gabe has been a beacon of self-control. So much so, that he became incredibly boring. I don't even know how he f***s Avery being so boring, but whatever. Not my can of worms.
