I watched from my phone for two days after the dress mysteriously appeared in the tree. sitting there not having much to do I was able to come up with something new to drag him over the edge of his sanity. when I was alive he always insisted on tea every afternoon. an afternoon was risky but the reward would be so worth it. I needed to find a way to charge my.phone soon or I would lose my advantage of seeing them and Christopher's reactions to my play time. I picked a few flowers around the territory that I had known as a mild poison to wolves. I boiled them down and filled a tube with its sweet nectar. a drop in his tea would do the trick. blending in with the omega would be the key to getting that close. I pulled my fire red hair up and put a raggedy scarf over my hair covering all traces of its brilliant color. If I went in with my red hair out everyone would notice since I had been the only one in the pack with that color of hair. the poison from the boiled down flowers would cause hallucinations. the hallucinations would last at least three days. I would make sure to sneak around as an omega and torment him endlessly as he suffered. it would be dangerously fun. I knew if I was caught it would get heated fast. I was hoping I could stay hidden long enough to implement my torture. I snuck back towards the pack house watching the door the omega came in and out of. I played the part well. my clothes were rags and my hair was pulled up and hidden under the scarf I wore on my head. I snuck towrds the door my head held down as I went to make sure not to look anyone in the eyes. the back door wasn't guarded. nost people didn't care enough about the omegas well neing enough to guard the them. they weren't high enough in the pecking order.
this failure to protect all the member of his pack was his weakness. it helped me and I knew it. the narcissistic side of him would never admit he had weakness within his pack. he was too powerful for that. people feared him.amd most would never do what I have planned. I slipped quietly into the kitchen and there on the counter was his cup and the tea pot that would be filled for his afternoon tea. I had to hide the smirk on my lips because it was all too easy. I needed to keep my head together. I glanced quickly around and went towards the tea and poured a few drops into the tea pot that will soon be filled. just for extra measure I put a drop in the cup and then backtracking back towards the door I came in. it was easy to slip in and out. something I never thought could be used to my advantage this way but I was thanking the moon Goddess for it. now I just needed to try and make my way to his room and leave my scent all over it. hopefully that was just as easy. I knew he would already be at work in his office. I just wasn't sure if he had anyone still in the room. the omega would have already cleaned up and made the bed. I knew I would be safe there. there was a hallway that led to the omega and service elevator. I knew it would end at the alpha floor and I could slip into his room from there. there wouldn't be a camera here this time and I wouldn't get the satisfaction of watching it. I could only imagine what his reaction combined with the hallucinogenic would be like. stop smiling Angel. omegas don't smile. they just diligently do their jobs.
the elevator stopped and I put my head down low as I stepped off onto his floor. there was his room. walking down the long hallway I tried not to be noticed by the people who walked by. no one even looked in my direction. the glory of being an omega. you are fairly invisible. I stopped in front of his door. this was the make it or break it and I had to okay no one was in this room. if it wasn't Christopher himself I could most likely play it off as I was an omega getting his laundry or something. when I opened the door and slipped in there was no one. the room was eerily quiet as I went through touching everything. I grabbed some of his shirts and spread my scent all of them then leaving my scent on his bed. I walked into his large ensuite bathroom and left my calling everywhere I possibly could. once I was satisfied the room was filled with my scent i went to thebtop dresser drawer and grabbed the hidden cash he always kept there. i knew he always kept a few thousand dollars for emergencies. i couldnt think of a better emergency. I slipped back out keeping my head low and headed back towards the elevator. once out of the elevator I made my way through the kitchen as I watched another omega fill the pot of tea with hot water placing the tea inside. I again had to stop myself from smiling at how easy it was to tamper with his life.
once I stepped into the forest I quickly made my way back to the river. I had already figured out how to get past the patrols since there were definitely weaknesses in their patrol. there was huge areas not guarded at all and I used this to my advantage. most rogues wouldn't dare to enter this territory so he never needed to fix the problem. he was not a merciful man and his sadistic nature came out in the way he tortured both men and women rogues. no one would ever seek asylum from him. every rogue knew better. it would have been a death sentence. I placed the money in a zip lock bag and tucked into my clothes before entering the water. submerging my entire water in the depths. ibmade my way along the edge of the river making sure I stayed in it so as not to leave any signs of my having been there. i made it back inside my cave and slumped to the back. I knew that wolves would soon be searching the territory for any signs of an intruder. for me. I took the money out of my clothes and tucked into the backpack I had hidden here with changes of clothes for me. I decided that I woukd take what I needed and head into the human city for a couple of days and give the rest to Scott to take care of the rogues there. it would be nice to have an actual bed for a few days as I hid out and stayed away for a few days as he went crazy. soon the territory would be swarming with warriors and I knew it would be dangerous for a few days. I most have nodded off because I woke up when the sun was starting to set. I could hear voices outside my cave.
the sound drifting clearly to where I was. I crawled towards the entrance staying as low as possible so I could decipher every word. two males I did not recognize were discussing the state of their alpha.
"he believes his dead wife is alive. he swears she is haunting him."
"I heard he grabbed an omega girl and beat her thinking it was his dead wife."
"he won't even step foot into his room and he was tearing the packhouse apart screaming for Angel to come out. he swears he smelled her in the kitchen. he threw everything. even threw an omega. he just started going crazy. never seen anything like it "
"I'm not smelling any other scent other than your nasty ass. let's head back to the packhouse. hopefully someone has calmed him down. when ibleft to get you he was trying to talk to her like she was in front of him. it was beta Jackson. not even a female!"
I heard them shift and run off. he drank the tea and was going crazy now. the hallucinations I knew would last for a few days. enough time to make him lose credibility amongst the pack but not permanent. I grabbed the bag that held my change of clothes and money and made my way down stream using the rivers edge until I came to the edge of the territory. I was close to no man's land. I knew hiking would be a few days. time I didn't have. I stepped off Christopher's territory and undressed ready to shift. the city wouldn't be too far for my wolf. I knew I needed to lay low and get some rest away from this territory while it was too hot. it would be nice to have a real bed and shower for the next couple of days. my only disappointment was not being able to see my plan as it unfolded.
