***Hello everyone, I will be updating this book every Friday. If you have not read the other seven books in this series, I recommend you read those as well. This book can be read separately from the others, but I highly recommend the others if you need something to read while you wait for updates, starting with Jaylee's story. If you have any questions on what order to read the stories feel free to ask. :) If you have read the others, welcome back, and I hope you enjoy this one as much as you enjoyed the others. This story will be going back a few years in our timeline, and I hope everything is straight. Please let me know if I am getting off on our timeline any :). As always, your feedback is greatly appreciated. :) ****
Walking into your own home to find your old lady in bed with a fellow MC brother wasn't something I ever thought would happen in my life. But then again, no man ever expects to find their wife of ten years in bed with one of their best friends. I had a feeling for a while that my old lady had been cheating on me. But never did I ever think in a million years it would have been with a fellow brother. Then again, here I was standing in my front room, listening to my wife making sounds only I should ever hear her make while looking at a cut that didn't belong to me that was laying over the back of my couch. Now I had a choice to make. One, I could announce my presence in the house. I mean, I had been out of town dealing with some family s**t and had left my bike here, and since I was back a few days ahead of schedule, I had taken a cab from the airport. So neither one of them knew I was here.
The plan was to surprise Gloria by showing up and spending the next couple of days with her before letting the guys know I was back in town. Now I could announce my presence in the house in a few different ways. First, I could go up there and beat the s**t out of Bear, which is exactly what I wanted to do. But then that left Gloria. She was just as f*****g guilty in this. But I could never put my hands on her in that way. Don't get me wrong, though. It was a possibility that came to mind. But I nixed that pretty quickly. So that left Bear getting the short stick and me taking all my anger out on his ass. I don't think any of the others would say anything if I killed the bastard. Hell, they would most likely help me cover it up and dispose of his worthless body. But I couldn't do that to his boys. Then again, I could simply go up there and kill both of them. But that left me trying to convince Gloria's parents I didn't know where she was. And I didn't think that would work for too long, and my ass would end up going to prison for the rest of my life. And I wasn't about to give them the last f**k you, so I nixed that idea as well.
So if I wasn't going to go up there and announce myself that way, that left me with option two. f**k both of them and leave. The sound of my bike would let them both know I was here. But first, I still had to take my anger out on something. Walking through the front room, I made my way into the kitchen. I grabbed my cut off the back of one of the chairs where I had left it while I was gone. Pulling it on, I headed out the back door, letting it slam closed behind me. From there, I made my way into the garage. I had a few large-sized wrenches. Reaching into my toolbox, I grabbed the largest of them and made my way through the garage opening the door. Right on the other side of the door was Bear's bike. Using the wrench, I took out some of my anger on the poor thing. With every hit, parts flew off of it. The fucker had brought his brand new bike too. It sucks to be him. It would be scrap metal by the time I got done with it. A few more hits and I knocked it over. Turning, I tossed the wrench down and grabbed a gas can that was still a little over half full from the last time I filled it to mow my lawn. Taking the cap off, I poured the rest of it onto his bike, tossing the can off to the side in the yard. Turning, I grabbed a box of matches I kept in the garage for lighting the grill outback. Striking one of the matches, I threw it down, letting it catch the gas. Satisfaction filled me as his bike was engulfed in flames.
I probably should have been concerned with the house possibly catching on fire. But to be honest, I didn't give two f***s if it did. The whole f*****g place could burn to the ground. There was nothing inside the house I gave a s**t about that I couldn't replace. Bonus if the two of those mother fuckers were still inside. Moving, I walked around the little bonfire I had just made, making my way over to my bike. Throwing one leg over, I backed her up a few feet before bringing her to life, just as the two fuckers stumbled out of my house. Neither one of them had bothered fully getting dressed. Gloria stood on the porch screaming as she held her robe closed while Bear stormed down the steps angrily. The most he had bothered with was his pants.
At this point, I could have stayed and continued to take my anger out on his face, but I chose not to. Getting my bike turned around, I headed back toward town. It was still relatively early in the afternoon, around eight or so. Some of the guys would be at the bar, and I could use a few drinks. Also, it will be funner to see how long it takes the fucker to get back to town now that his bike was toast and my house set a good five miles outside of town. I already knew that even if they called for the fire truck, it would take a good thirty minutes to an hour before they would show up at my house. So why not get a couple of drinks in.
Pulling into the parking lot, I parked my bike in line with the others before heading inside. Instantly I was greeted by the dozen or so brothers that were there. As I acknowledged all of them, I made my way over to the bar where Summer, Knuckle's youngest daughter, already had a bottle of beer placed on the bar for me. "Tiny, good to see you made it back. You eating tonight?" I smiled at her taking my beer. "Yeah, why not." I picked up the beer and downed it while she put in my food order. Placing the empty bottle back on the counter as she finished talking to the cook. Raising an eyebrow at me, she walked back over, taking the empty bottle and replacing it with a new one. She didn't say anything but continued to watch me as I took the new one and walked away. I wasn't really one to get s**t-faced, not like some of the guys. So for me to down my first beer in such a way, I am sure she had questions. But Summer knew well enough that if we wanted her in the know, we would tell her. She knew enough about us guys not to stick her nose in our business.
