“Sorry, this elevator is full,” said Finn, stopping a group of tourists from entering the elevator with them from the lobby. He quickly pressed the “Door Close” button repeatedly until the doors slid shut, leaving Natalie and Finn alone in the elevator.
“Finn!” she exclaimed with wide eyes, although her giggling gave her away. “That wasn’t very nice!”
After checking them into a room at the Grand Lisboa, Finn waved the key card teasingly at Natalie before sliding it into his breast pocket.
“Who cares?” he chuckled, wrapping his arms around Natalie’s shoulders.
The grin on his face melted away as he gazed into her eyes. Slowly, he leaned down to press his lips against hers, which she met eagerly.
She felt like a teenager again as the butterflies in her stomach made her lighter
