The aftermath of Max’s scare was just a lot for all of us. It seemed as if Alex was effected more than everybody else. He wasn’t the same as he used to be. He seemed so distracted and busy the whole time, and he didn’t seem happy. He wasn’t himself. “Max?” I look at Max who was busy eating his breakfast. “Yes?” He looked up at me, taking a mouthful of his cereal. “Alex isn’t okay…” I mumble, and Max nods his head. “Yes, he is not. I have never seen Alex so bad in my life and I am worried about him.” “What are we going to do?” I ask, and he finishes his cereal off, drinking the milk and he put his bowl down. “I’m going to talk to him.
