(Lisanna) What a long day it has been! I stretched my shoulders as I stood up from my swivel chair. I am currently filling up my papers for my senior year, I have decided to apply for the most prestigious school here in this district and I am very excited about starting my first day next month. I let out a deep sigh as I looked forward at the window in front of me here in my room, it is already six in the evening as I saw the skies starting to get darkened little by little. I decided to go out of my room. As I went downstairs, I saw my parents sitting in the dining hall and looking depressed. I slowly walked down as I carefully approached them before I could be involved in that kind of negative emotion. "Lisanna." I abruptly stopped walking as I slowly looked back at my dad, who was currently staring at me emotionlessly. "Yes?" I answered awkwardly as I faced him forward. "We have to say something to you." he started, as I suddenly felt scared by that cold voice he was using right now. "You are scaring me, just spill it, dad." I casually answered as I tried to ignore the fact that they both had that downing mood right in front of me. "We have to go back to Aquadale." he revealed it to me like it was a huge discovery for him, but, "Where is Aquadale?" I innocently asked to him as he looked somewhat surprised but recovered anyway. "Countryside. There has a fight over the inheritance on your grandfather's land and I have to go down there." he explained to me as I nodded at every word that he was speaking to me right now. "Alright! Then, have a safe trip!" I exclaimed as I turned my back against him and was about to walk away when mom said something. "We were also going there, with your dad." she emotionlessly claimed. "What?! The new semester will be in a few days, you know that I have been preparing for that, right?" I answered as I saw mom let out a deep sigh, and finally looked in my direction. "We know, Lis. But the thing is, the issue could be a long conversation and we were planning to enroll you in a school down there." she answered. I cannot believe what I have just heard. "Mom! I would not be living the peak of my youth in a countryside! I do not want to leave my friends." I exclaimed to her as she stared at me like it had been agreed from the beginning and I do not have the right to argue any further anymore. "You are so unbelievable." I said as I shook my head in disbelief. I saw dad would even try to say something to me, but I started to walk away from them. I quickly run upstairs, and locked myself inside of my room. I stood for a while as I tried to sink everything in my mind, I scoffs in disbelief as I grabbed my phone on my side table. I quickly dialed someone in which she quickly answered it anyway. "Have you heard, Ris?" I exclaimed the moment she picked it up. "What do you mean, Lis?" she asked innocently and judging from her tone, I know that she also got no idea about it. "We are leaving. Can you believe that?" I exclaimed as I did not hear anything back from her. I was about to end the call when someone barged into my room as I saw her staring blankly at me. "What did you just say?" she exclaimed to me as I finally ended the call and sat on the bed. "Mom and dad told me that we are leaving the house. We are going to a place called Aquadale." I said as she stared at me, without reacting to anything that I had said. "Is that it? Is that how you would react to me?" I sarcastically asked to her and she rolled her eyes and left me alone inside my room. I scoffed as I lay down on the bed, stared at the ceiling and finally looked at my desk where I worked on my enrolment papers. That was such a huge waste of time, I wonder if that was the only reason why we were going to that unknown place. By the way, Risanna is my twin, and that was such a huge unfortunate, but what can I do? That is how it works in the first place. "Lis! You have to pack your bags now." I heard Ris' loud voice from the outside of my room. "Huh? Why?" I answered to her as she barged in once again, but this time, with a huge grin on her face. "Because we are going on an adventure." she answered as I scoffed when she loudly closed the door behind her. I stood up as I walked to my closet, I pulled out a huge luggage on the side as I started to put out all of my clothes from that huge space. My biggest question is that, how in the hell could I ever fit everything in this one luggage? "Lisanna?" I heard mom's voice outside of my room and a series of knocks on the door. I approached her as I opened the door for her. "What now?" I asked as I noticed her peeking inside of my room. "Ris told me to pack my things, is that right?" I added as she smiled at me. "I am sorry for deciding on these things in a bit of quite a rush. Your father and I did not know how to tell you everything, but Aquadale is our home." she said to me. She looks so melancholy that I am now curious what was in that place. "And?" I said. "I am just asking for your understanding of it. Your father really does have the right to that land, and we need that." she said as I looked at her confused. "What do you mean by that?" I asked, as she smiled at me weakly. "Our company is at the edge of bankruptcy and we need that land to have another way of funding it out." she answered, as I gasped. I did not know that we would have a huge problem like that. I was only preparing and taking care of myself and I did not know anything that was going on in our house. "And what could I do to help?" I quickly asked to her and she chuckled. "Nothing, just do the usual. Oh! And look after your disastrous twin." she said as she, chuckled. I also laughed in return as I nodded my head. "I will, just tell me what I should do next." I said as she smiled and nodded. She let out a deep sigh as she suddenly hugged me tight. "Thank you, Lisanna." she whispered to me as she finally walked away from me. I closed the door and I started to pile up my clothes one at a time. The next day came as I felt my back starting to ache, I looked around me as I realized that I had fallen asleep while sorting out my things that were still on the floor. I slowly moved my body as I finally went away from the mess. I noticed that my phone was currently vibrating as I looked on the screen, it was Axel, my boyfriend. "Hey!" I greeted the moment I answered the call. "Can we meet today?" he asked to me as I looked at the wall clock. It was currently nine in the morning. "Sure! The usual?" I asked. "Yeah, that would be nice." he answered as I noticed that something was off with him. "Are you alright? Are you sick or something?" I asked in concern. "Me? Of course not, I was just tired. So, let us meet later." he said as I was about to say further when he ended the call. I quickly entered the bathroom as I finished doing my routine for an hour, I went out as I changed my clothes into a presentable one. I quickly grabbed my phone and wallet as I grabbed my sneakers, I run down on the stairs even though mom really did not like that one. "Lisanna! Where are you going?" I heard Ris exclaim to me. "Meeting Axel." I answered as I put on my shoes and walked out of the house. I decided to stop by the convenience store and grab something to bite. I was about to enter the store when I saw someone familiar with me, it was Axel as I smirked thinking a prank on him. I slowly approached him from the back as he was sitting on a table inside the store. I did not notice at all but he was with someone. "Axel, how long should I keep doing this? I do not want to date you secretly anymore!" It was a girl, I slowly stood up as I finally saw the face of that filthy woman who just said that. "Kisa, you should wait. Lisa is not that easy to convince with." I heard my freaking boyfriend answered. "Tsk, why do you have to date a someone loser like her? Everyone would think that I am the victim here, you are only wasting your time on her." she answered. "Kisa, please. You have to understand me." Axel said as I scoffed secretly as I listened to their conversation. "Understand? We have been in this situation for months! And you still have not yet breaking up with her!" she exclaimed. "You know that it is not easy, I do love her." he answered, I rolled my eyes as I saw something in front of me. I grabbed it as I marched towards the two of those disgusting people. "Really? Did you even love me? That was such a moving statement." I sarcastically said as I stood in front of them. "Lisa! I thought we would be meeting at the usual place?" he exclaimed to me in surprise. "Yeah, that was the plan. But I felt hungry, I did not know that I would be full with all of your lies." I answered. "Oh, you do not have to wait any moment, girl. I am breaking up with him." I confidently said to her as I smirked. "What? Why do you sound like you are throwing something at me?" she exclaimed as I noticed people were looking at us. "Well, yeah. I am throwing a garbage at you. Do not be surprised, he cannot be recycled as he is already rotten inside. And if you feel like it is a bit dirty? Do not worry, use some alcohol." I said as I opened a bottle of alcohol and poured it on her head. "See? You are now disinfecting bacteria." I said as I walked away from the two of them. "Hey!!" I heard her yell at me, but I just ignored them and quickly went home. ---
