When she saw Jalen, she was shocked.

"Have you had breakfast?" Jalen asked.
Elaina shook her head. When she was curious about what Jalen wanted to do, he came in with a box with "Magnolia Bakery" on it.
Elaina knew Magnolia Bakery. It was famous in New York. It was said its banana pudding was delicious. She had always wanted to give it a try.

"Have a try. You will like it," Jalen said and put the puddings on the table.
Elaina stood there unmoved for a long time to make sure it was not her illusion. "Did you come here to bring me breakfast?"
