"Hello!" I say to make him talk.
"Hey Ursula," he says kind of casually, like I'm his playmate.
"You asked me to come here, for what? I thought we….." His hand does the magic, I stop. As he gestures to this, I realize my mistake. I regret always being fast-mouthed. I wanted saying I thought we quarrelled. He heaves a sigh of relief like something was bothering him and now that thing is solved.
What's it? I ask within me, I can't be placed under this deep suspense or is it what Williams said to me, did he tell him as well? I cross my arms over my chest, not minding that it is disrespectful before the Alpha.
