Chapter 3

Yeza’s Pov

The president of the University called us today through an email. It says that we will be having a special meeting today along with some students.

Right now, me and my best friend Lianne or lia as I call her, are walking our way to our university.

"Do you know what this meeting is about? I am getting nervous." Lia said while we continue are on our journey.

"No, do you know the way to the office?" I asked her.

"No. hehe" she said with a smiling face. We both don’t know our way then. Let’s just hope we don’t get lost.

I look around our surrounding there is no people lurking around, I guess it’s given since it is a rest day. I wonder why the president called for us this Saturday morning? Furthermore, I was thinking of a few possible reasons, getting lost on my thoughts when I saw a tall girl running so fast.

"aish why did you have to wake up late? You are so dead now." It seems to me like she’s scolding herself loudly while still running.

"We need to ask her for directions" lia said. She positions herself in the middle of the pavement and spread her arms like she's stopping the running girl.

The girl then bump onto lia and both of them fell on the floor. Funny thing is that, lia is on top of the running girl while the girl is hugging her. I really didn't know how they ended up like that. "aish. My back hurts." The running girl said. "Hey! Why are you in blocking the way?"

By now we are already near at the entrance of the gate. We still have a long walk before we reach the main building.

Lia stands up and fixed herself.

"I am sorry for what my best friend did, are you OK?" I bowed my head and apologize on her behalf.

"Oh. You’re that girl from...." she looks at me like she really knew me. "Never mind, forget it. And it’s fine, I’m OK." She said with a lively tone.

"BTW, do you know where the president's office is?" I asked.

"Yes. I can take you there if you want?" She offered. She really is tall.

"Great! Thank you! Come on Lia." I said talking to my best friend.

"Oh you're with her? I didn't know you liked to be friends with a sloth." The girl said. "oops. Sorry, forget I said that." She said, sounding like she’s teasing Lia.

"What did you just say?” Lia asked fuming. And that folks is how I lost my peaceful and quiet life. Just kidding!

But yeah, until we arrived at the office, the running girl and Lia won't stop bickering.

"Why don't you leave now? We’re here now, we are done with you." Lia said.

"Why would I leave now? I am not yet done with you." The running girl said.

"Aish you. Why of all people out there, you’re the one we’ve met?" Lia said in an annoyed tone.

"Because out of all the people out there I am the only one you'll see on a beautiful Saturday morning." The girl rebutted

"This is annoying, why do I even bother talking to a kid?" Lia said more to herself as she sat down on the couch.

Uhh how can I stop these two?

"What did you say? A kid? Do I look like a kid huh?" I can sense that she’s annoyed too.

uh-oh.

"Uhm excuse me." Someone knocks ath open door of the office where we are sitting.

"Saviour. Please help me with these two." I said running to her. "Btw my name is yeza. And that girl is Lia" I said pointing Lia my beast friend.

"Nice meeting you yeza. My name is Chloe. I assume you’re one of the members?" She said. She walks to us and finds a place to sit.

"Uh. Members of what? I just got a call from the university president." I said.

"Uh never mind. I guess you don’t have an Idea yet. Come on let's stop those two before the president sees them."

What did she mean by a “one of the members?”. Forget about that, the most important thing we need to do right now is to stop these two before the hurt each other.

"arhhgg you tall brat kid." Lia said.

"I can't hear you" the running girl said.

Wow, I’ve never seen Lia this annoyed. She usually just smiles whenever things don't come as she expected to or when someone makes her upset. But this girl, she’s really getting on Lia’s nerves.

"Yuna-yah. What are you doing?" someone from the door says, maybe yuna is the name of the running girl. The new stranger calls her with a sweet and calm tone huh.

"Sis" Yuna runs to the person on the door. I looked at her. Uh.. th..the girl... I’ve kissed. No, more like the girl that stole my first kiss.

"I am sorry for what my sister did." She bows her head and apologizes on her sister’s behalf.

"You better stop that. Jessica is coming. She might see you. Just be glad that I was the one who walks by this door and not her. You know what might happen if she hears about this." She said to Yuna.

Yuna suddenly looks like a puppy who got scolded.

"Say sorry to her." The kiss thief said as she points at Lia.

"I’m sorry." Yuna said.

"Thank God you came. My savior." Lia said to the kissing girl.

The girl walks to me and looked at me closely.

"You. You’re that girl from the segment right. How was it?" she asked and whispered something in my ear.

"Pervert" I slapped her face as I felt heat crept on my face.

She touches the side of her face that I slap and smirk then she just walks past us. And lie down on the other couch.

That's it? Didn’t I make her mad?

"Unnie is always like that. She is not the type of person who socializes much. Don't worry, she's not mad or anything." I look at my side. It was Yuna.

She seems to respect her sister so much, she even listens to what her sister told her.

"It looks like you’re all here. I am sorry for being late. Someone just sabotaged me. Btw have a sit." We all look at the person talking.

"What does she mean by sabotage?" Lia asks whispering.

"I don't know." I replied in whisper.

I look at miss president, and she's looking at the pink-haired girl then to Yuna while smirking.

What’s up with her? Does she know hem personally?

Anyway, let’s start this meeting, shall we? The president says.
