Meryln woke up less angry about being insulted by the Queen and decided to put on the bracelet Scot gave her for her birthday. When she arrived at the academy, Lisa was waiting for her.
“Meryln why did you not show up at the banquet yesterday?” Lisa asked the moment she came out of the car.
“I did, the Queen and Princess Emily insulted me, so I left. Then they wanted me to come back, I refused” she said carelessly.
“Meryln you disobeyed the Queen!” Lisa was shocked.
“She insulted me, did you hear part?”
Lisa shook her head. Meryln was too stubborn and defiant. “We had already left home when the message came to inform us that the banquet was cancelled. Princess Emily told everyone that the banquet was canceled because of you.”
“Good for them” Meryln said uninterested.
