When I came down the stairs with the rape kit, and pressed the stun gun into her hand, she had already been pretending to be unconscious, and had only smiled up at me gratefully with her eyes still closed, as her fingers explored the object in her hand and realized what it was. I suppose that was her way of staying in character. I took advantage of the situation and leaned over to kiss her lightly on the lips.
