“Go on then, hit me with it.” Lucy was standing on the green behind her work, looking eagerly towards Adam. They had driven straight to the restaurant, but Adam had pulled her away from the car and the building for some privacy whilst they talked. He was a little flustered that he only had until 6pm with her but was determined to make a start and get her to hear him out. “Well, are you going to talk?”. Adam had fallen into a deep concentration trying to grasp the right words to explain everything and jumped when she spoke.
