After Haley and Joey leave, I take Turner for a run along the beach. He never runs into the sea, which I find a little weird. I see other dogs on the beach, and they run straight into the water. Turner seems more interested in chasing birds.
Kirby still hasn't called or texted me. I'm really starting to worry that something is wrong. He always calls or texts me. I'm here all on my own, dammit! He knows I need to hear from him in order to keep going.
In all honesty, I'm starting to feel even more isolated where my family is concerned. I know Kirby is trying to fix things for me so that I can regain control of my life, but things are changing, and I don't want to be stuck here forever without my family.
