My eyes darted to Lucett when I heard her speak. I almost forgot that she is having her breakfast with me.
“You are always dozing off, Bea.” She looked at me with an obvious question on her eyes. “You kept telling me that you will focus more on your goal but you can’t stop thinking about your cheater husband. Are you really sure that you will continue with this annulment thing?”
