I sighed then nodded. “We talked yesterday but that’s the last time he contacted me. I don’t know what’s happening or what’s the real deal on their branch there.”
“Maybe… He’s busy?” Lucett told me. “If he needs to stay there for at least a week, maybe the situation is serious. And he can’t tell you that.”
