“Where do you want this box?” Harry asks
Diana checks the top of it. “Bedroom. It’s clothes.”
“Okay, boss.” Harry nods and heads off in the direction of Diana’s new bedroom.
Diana spent two months searching and another month going over contracts, but now she finally owns her new house, one that is almost equidistant between Rose and the Pride house and Sammy’s flat. She’s lucky she got a new job in a law firm in Canterbury as a paralegal. Rose works from home as a copy editor, so the upheaval of the Canterbury vampires did not affect her job, but poor Sammy got fired from her job for failing to show up without a word. But the Pride has its connections, and she’s now working in an office with a few of the lions. She’s settled in amazingly well, considering she’s been through.
