Ember’s POV "Sleeping on this rock seems like a first-class ticket to severe back pain the next morning," I complained. "Oh, I’m sorry, do you have a better option?" Lucas replied sarcastically, which shut me up. "Are you, um, sleeping on top of this stone with me?" I asked nervously, my hand pointing at the cut-out stone I was seated on.
