How do you tell your sister you slept with her husband?
There was a list of things Caroline was acceptable of: buying pulp orange juice when she strictly believes in a pulpless household; borrowing her car for the day; maybe using her credit card for a purchase or two at the mall. But I don’t know if she’d be so accepting of her little step-sister “borrowing” her husband. Nonetheless, I knew the steps in loving Troy would eventually cause a rift between Caroline. I just didn’t realize how much turmoil confusion it'd release within me having to deceive her.
“She knows our feelings for each other. She was even the one who pushed me to not hide them anymore.”
Should I tell her?
