Lorelei smiled shyly as she twirled her ponytail with her finger. She had her phone held to her ear with the other free hand speaking to Jaylen.
‘So, what are you up to today?’ Lorelei said into the receiver as she glided her way towards the dining table.
‘Nothing much, I don’t know yet. I had a good time with dad this morning.’ Jaylen's voice sifted from the other end. ‘And lest I forget I had a really good time yesterday baby, thank you.’
‘Anything for you.’ Lorelei giggled. She rolled her eyes at her brother who tugged at her hair from behind.
‘Lunch?’ Jaylen continued.
‘Sure.’ Lorelei responded as she pulled out a chair to seat in after mouthing a greeting to her parents. ‘I would let you know as soon as I get my break.
