August was not content with just holding Lisa's hand; he pulled her whole body into his embrace. Lisa looked up at August, her eyes filled with tangible affection. She reached out to caress his face, her eyes flickering in the sunlight streaming in from outside the car. August, uncharacteristically agreeable, let Lisa's soft fingers stroke his face, enjoying the tingling sensation. "I was thinking, where will our story end?" Lisa withdrew her hand, the hollowness in her heart growing, as if it could never be filled. The words of Henry and Angel were like a persistent thorn. Back at the company, Lisa quickly immersed herself in her work. Only when she was immersed in work could she forget all the annoying things, devote herself entirely to her tasks, and remain undisturbed by anything.
