Nagpalakpakan ang lahat ng taong dumalo sa Winter Clothing Fashion Show ni Kissy. Isang successful show na naman ang natapos. Ngayon nasa isang sikat na hotel sila para mag celebrate at nasa entablado si Kissy na malapad ang ngiti sa mga labi habang nakatuon ang tingin sa nag iisang taong komompleto sa buhay nya.

Matapos kumanta, nakangiting bumaba ng entablado si Kissy at lumapit kay Griffin na sinalubong naman sya ng halik at yakap. Saka nakangiti itong kinawayan ang mga kaibigang nakaupo sa isang mesa at nagsisiksikan doon kahit na marami namang bakanteng mesa pa.
"Woooo.. What a lucky bastard here grinning from ear to ear hahaha.." Sigaw ni Keros.
"Tangna, seryoso kaba talaga sa baliw na to Miss Kissy? sayang ang ganda mo kung mauuwi ka lang sa singkit na'to tsk tsk." pang iinis naman ni Pyre na kay Griffin nakatingin na nakangisi lang sa mga pang aasar nila.
"O nga! Daming karelasyon nyan eh! Naalala ko nga pala, hoy singkit hina hunting ka ni Rose, magbayad kana raw ng utang mo hahaha." Si Aeris na napatakbo ng makitang tumayo si Griffin.
"Hahaha Aeris, dalawa nga kayong may utang kay Rose diba! Nagmalinis ka pang ungas ka." Dagdag pa ni Eruto.
"Magsitigil nga kayo! Palayasin ko kayo dito e! Tsk sinisira nyung moment namin.."
Galit galitang singhal nya sa mga kaibigan. Magpo propose pa naman sya pero ang mga baliw nyang kaibigan sinisira ang magandang moment nila ni Kissy. Masuyo nyang pinaupo ito sa mesa saka tinungo ang entablado at kinuha ang microphone. Nag ingay na naman ang mga kaibigan nya ng makitang hawak nyang microphone.
"Hoy singkit, plis lang wag kang ambisyoso! Wala kang talent sa pagkanta kaya bumaba kana dyan!" sigaw ni Keros sa kanya na sinagot nya lang ng pagtaas sa gitnang daliri.
"Hahaha... Tangna! Bro, maghunusdili ka naman uy, baka biglang mag walk out tong syota mo sa sama ng boses mo." panggagatong pa ni Pyre.
Naiiling na pinaningkitan nya ng mga mata ang mga pesteng naninira ng reputasyon nya. Talagang ang dalawang ito ang pasimuno sa lahat lahat ng kalokohang nagaganap sa buhay nila. Hindi na lang nya pinansin ang dalawa at nagpatuloy lang syang magsalita.
"Hi! Baby Dragon," malapad ang ngiting kumaway kaway pa si Griffin kay Kissy, na nag flying kiss naman sa kanya.
"I’ve seen you bare faced with your pimple marks and dark bags under your eyes. I’ve seen how hard you try to turn those pair of light glow from lifeless to sparkly. I’ve been seeing how it reflects your emotions. I’ve seen you smile and frown. I’ve seen you laugh and cry so hard. I’ve seen your bare parts —and everything about you is beautiful.
I’m not quite sure if you noticed, but I was there when the world turned its back to you. I was there when they have loved you and I was still there when they ended up leaving you. I was the first one who recognized your genuine smile from fake ones.
I am your number one fan. I was the one who praised you when they’ve given you insults and harsh evaluations. I was the one who you needed the most ever since and I was just waiting for you to finally acknowledge me as your fall back, your confidant, your bestfriend who reminded you that life is still a bed of rose even when it offers you thorns. Believe it or not, I carried the same burden you had. I cried the most when you were on your down fall.
Remember when your heart got broken by the people you’ve trusted the most? I was the one who suffered on your behalf. That time when you went through hell, I’ve knelt my knees and prayed with you too. I never left you. I kept on telling you to win the battle and choose to live your life. I told you to keep moving when you fall. I was the one who never get tired on reminding you that you are strong enough.
Even when you think you’re fat, even when you worry about the numbers on your vital stat, even with your tanned skin, even when you’re too short, even when you’re lacking, even when you’re being emotional, crying over nonsense and petty things, even when they speak and think bad about you, even when some refused to listen to you first, even when you think you are not good enough for people to stay, even when you think you’re unlovable and ugly, even when you think no one will stay and fight for you, even if you think I will leave you soon, —I love you, wholeheartedly.
Through dust and diamonds, all this time, I am with you.
This world will never be fair but remember to have some grace on yourself too —the same grace that you give to others, give that to yourself too. Be kind to yourself, keep going, keep fighting, win this battle. When you are hurting, I am too.
Life will throw you rocks and even if you get hurt over and over, hold on, trust and love more. Life will give you storms, but learn to dance with the rain. Always choose to love and forgive more.
Do not be too hard on yourself. Do not try to handle everything because baby dragon, you are just a human —and humans get tired. You are allowed to rest. Nakangiti man sya, halata pa rin sa mukha nya ang matinding kaba. Lalo na ng hindi man lang umiimik si Kissy nakatingin lang ito sa kanya. Nakangiti pero naluluha na rin. At dahil naiinip na syang maghintay sa sagot nito sya ng nagkusang lumapit dito.
"Baby, hoy! Baby Dragon!, sabi ko Will You Marry Me?"
Nagulat na lang sya ng biglang umangat ang kamay ni Kissy na hawak nya saka malakas syang sinampal. Lahat ng taong nakasaksi sa nagaganap ngayon ay natigilan na rin kahit yung mga baliw nyang kaibigan nagulat at nagtatakang napatingin sa kanilang dalawa ni Kissy.
"Nakakainis ka! Bakit ba palagi mo na lang akong pinapa iyak?"
Humihikbing sabi ni Kissy habang pinupunasan ng kamay ang mga luhang dumadaloy sa pisngi nito. Nakatiimbagang naman si Griffin na napayuko na lang dahil sa kahihiyan at sama ng loob.
'Tangna, nag effort pa'kong maghanda ng lahat ng ito tapos mauuwi lang pala sa ganito ang lahat? f**k! It hurts, I feel myself shutting down, closing off, like I should tell people, ‘No, we don’t use this heart anymore. It’s too fragile.’
Kuyom ang kamaong napatayo ng tuwid si Griffin at akmang aalis na ng hilahin sya ni Kissy sa braso kaya napaharap ulit sya dito. Walang sabi sabing hinalikan sya nito sa labi at ng bumitaw sinampal ulit sya nito, sabay sabing....
"Yes Baby Lizard, I will marry you hmmm."
At sa ganun lang, biglang dumagondong ang buong bulwagan ng magsisisigaw si Griffin at nagtatalon tapos tumakbo sa mga baliw nyang mga kaibigan saka dun nakisali sa sigawan, kantahan, kantyawan at harutan na ikinatawa na lang ni Kissy.
