UKNOWN I stood behind the trees at the training ground, watching all my fellow hunters as they went about their training. It was a really sunny day, but no one was giving up. It was the rule. Come rain, come sun, we still stood. It didn’t matter if the heat burnt our skin, or if the cold made our limbs go numb, a hunter was always training. But it wasn’t what had pushed me behind the trees to observe everyone. Usually, I went about my business and trained with others. No matter the rank we were, we still trained. But something was off today. I could feel it. I could sense it. As I peered at the adrenaline-ridden people in front of me, I knew to my bones that something was not right.
