Diary No Name- Things get worse before it gets better.
As soon as I come into the apartment, Leilani rushes towards the entrance. I don’t understand the whole logic about the heat thing but I think that separating myself from Soren wasn’t a very wise decision.
A headache is already pulsing in my temple, my body’s sticky with sweat and hot, e.rotic images of my wild night with Soren is all my eyes can see but I persist. I can’t stand looking at him right now, not when he’s lied so much to me.
And neither can I stand looking at Leilani, because something has been going on under this roof for years and I’m only now figuring it out.
“Hali,” she trails off when she sees my expression and my sweaty body.
“You’re here- but you’re... did something happen? Did you fight with Soren?” She asks
