A green cylindrical pill with white dots on it appears on my hand, quickly putting it in his mouth. After taking the pill his body started to itch, then after some time a black substance start pouring out from his pores and as time passes quickly his whole body get covered in that black substance.

He hurriedly fled towards the bathroom and even noticing, that Just few minutes earlier he couldn't even lift his finger and now he is running like a dog, after cleaning himself and changing into new clothes he came out of the bathroom.

After checking every features available ,he started checking the techniques.

Alex: how do I start my training.

System: host has to just select the training method and System will help you by automatically circulate it but you have to either lay down on sit cross legged. But this is one time feature because host don't know anything about cultivation.

Alex: so that's why ....hah OK so how can I strengthen my body.

System: host has to start with basics such as push ups , squats,pull ups abs etc by circulating the qi while doing theses exercises which you have been doing for past month.
