The rest of Lily’s morning went by so well that she nearly forgot about the events of the previous night and that morning– nearly, but not quite. She had actually done all the homework that had been assigned and despite how badly her Biology test had gone the previous day, the A she got for her English essay on ‘Hamlet’ had her feeling sky-high. Lunch with Derrick, Morgan and Georgia, the three people she had become closest to at school and with whom she had formed a sort of group with, also helped improve her day.
