Three days later, Eileen had fully recovered, and true to his promise, Chris rented out the entire Disneyland for a day of fun with Eileen and Ryan.
Ryan was over the moon! Surrounded by his favorite characters, including the Disney princesses and the snowman he adored, and with pretty petals falling from the sky, he was living a dream. Eileen and Chris even took him to sit in the front row during the parade!
"Mom! This is amazing! Look, Elsa is waving at me!"
This was Ryan's first-ever trip to Disneyland. As a single mother, Eileen barely managed to make ends meet, and Ryan, mature for his age, had never asked her to bring him here, even though it was one of his dreams.
But today, with the entire magical park open just for him, he was discovering a whole new world.
