I stand outside her door and I can sense she is upset. The rooms are sound proof since things can get a little rough and wild when wolves are together but my best guess she's crying. I want to go in there and comfort her but I can't. Nicholas wants her for himself. He took my mother and I in when we needed it most. He's protected us all these years and gave us a safe space to thrive. I feel like I owe him the mate he wants even if it happens to be my mate. Loki managed to come forward and that kiss was the best ever. I want nothing more than to throw her on the bed and mate and mark her but I just can't.
