Lunch was every bit as magical as breakfast. Even more so really considering the dizzying amount of drinks that were paraded before me. I had to wonder if Ash’s life should be more like this. He always tried to take meals with me and Orion though it didn’t always work out that way.
I pushed the matter out of my mind as I took a sip of a frothy looking punch. The drink was cold, but it made a fire start deep in my belly. Jacob was at my side chuckling. He hadn’t eaten anything, just watched me. “Don’t stop on my account.” He said with that same grin he had worn before. I wanted to blush out of embarrassment but as always what enjoyment out of life I was getting was interrupted.
