ā€œPlace the tray on the table and go out. leave us aloneā€ Madam Gwen Ordered Carrie to which Carrie only nodded and did as she was told. years of experience, serving under her lady Gwen, made her to guess what her madam wanted and what she thinks, all these years. When her maid servant Carrie went out of the room, Madam Gwen scolded Cassy for her impulse behavior. ā€œDonā€™t be stupid and act out of your anger dear daughter of mine. We have worked so hard to reach till this level. If we mess this up due to our carelessness and anger and miss this chance, then we can't do anything in the future. We will be caught by others and will be punished severely, for the deeds, we had done so far to come to this stage. Because the things we did till now, is no childā€™s play. So just act like the innocent and weak girl, as you did till now, until we achieve our goal. ā€œ Madam Gwen repeatedly warned her daughter Cassy again. ā€œDonā€™t let trivial things to stir up your emotional feelings. Be composed, vigilant and act clever. Think of what to do next carefully and donā€™t do anything stupid, without asking me in the futureā€ Madam Gwen narrowed her eyes at her daughter Cassy. As, she was clearly disappointed in Cassy's single handed decision of torturing and making Maxwell to die, without her knowledge. Now some extra works added to her list of do it now, to cover up the mistakes done by her stupid daughter in her impulsive behaviour. So Madam Gwen was a little unhappy, As if, this matter was not handled properly, then it could come back at them, in the future to bite their backs. Also it could spoil her clear cut and fool proof plan she made still now. So Madam Gwen clearly and strictly gave a lot of instructions to her daughter Cassy, for her to follow as to be under and away from the prying eyes of the palace servants and jealous mistresses of the Princes and be out of the radar of problems, so as to not to cause any scenes and catch extra attention on herself inside the palace walls. Even though Cassy only snorted and didnā€™t fully listen to Madam Gwen's instructions attentively. Cassy felt happy that she eliminated her long last enemy and was now enjoying a life full of luxury and Power. Which she always wanted all her life. And most importantly, the always proud, loved and favored "the Eldest Miss" was not there to undermine her limelight and power now and in the future too, which made her to skip in her steps in self content. From the childhood days, Cassy considered that the only problem in her life, was her eldest step sister Avery. And her only "bone struck in the throat" issue was that Avery should not live a good life and above her and should not get more attention and love from everyone. That was her life's main motive and only goal throughout her childhood, when Avery was given more attention by others and their father as the eldest daughter of the Hastings household. Itā€™s not that for her, she, Cassy had to live more luxuriously and happily. Her only concern is, not that she had to live good. But Avery should not live a happy and good life. There is a difference between both of the above mentioned lines. She living a good and happy life and having more power is one thing. But wanting Avery to suffer more is Cassyā€™s most wanted wish than her first Wish of her having a good life. That was pure evil. This evilness made her a greedy monster to forget every good things that Avery done to her in her childhood and teenage days ( basically throughout Cassy's life) and even after she entered in to the palace and It did not allow her to think of having even an ounce of good intentions towards her elder sister Avery. The monster within her, made her only to think of ways, to make Avery suffer more and made her to forget about even the blood ties she had between her elder sister Avery and her younger blood brother Maxwell. Some wise and experienced old scholar once said that ā€œGreediness is the cause of the destruction of all happiness of his or her life and even the happiness of the people around them and lives of others if one didnā€™t control it, at correct time. Then that greediness is pure evil, making the life of even the greed bearer to be more miserable, making him or her to have an empty heart wanting to seek Everything, that didn't belong to them in the first place, leading to pure destruction.ā€ That was the truth and real case in the lives of the Hastings household sisters. The emptiness that was felt in the heart of Cassy, which she fueled more and more, all her childhood days towards Avery rather than to destroy it in the budding stage, made her to reach this level. The current stage of level, where she didnā€™t even feel an ounce of pain or regret or even sadness on being the reason for killing Avery and Maxwell, with whom she had grown up with, from their childhood days to till now. -- After sending her daughter Cassy out of the Hastings household, Madam Gwen made all the servants, in her personal quarters to go and retire to their servant rooms early. She was left alone, only with her loyal maid servant Carrie with her in her personal quarters. Her husband, the owner of the Hastings household was away on a business trip to the next town, so she was a little ease in doing her next actions. ā€œBring me the small message sheets and a feather and an ink bottle.ā€ Madam Gwen Ordered her loyal servant. Carrie closed all the doors and windows of the room and quickly gathered all the things that was demanded by her Madam. When Carrie brought all the things her lady asked for, Madam Gwen took the feather and dipped inside the ink bottle and removed the excess ink in the feather. Then wrote a short message in a piece of paper and wrapped it and made it into several folds and made the big piece of paper into as small as possible as she could. Then she put the paper into a cylindrical container. ā€œBring out my secret messenger bird. Quicklyā€ Madam Gwen Ordered Carrie. When the bird was brought and taken out of its cage, Carrie held the bird in her hand, while Madam Gwen tied the cylindrical container in the leg of the bird. Finished tying the cylindrical container, Madam Gwen fed the messenger bird with some seeds and petted it a few times as she usually does to it. ā€œTake this bird to the southern east back yard and release it in the other direction. Make sure you are not found out by others and most importantly donā€™t let anyone see this bird or when you release this birdā€ Madam Gwen Ordered Carrie with a warning in her tone. Because this matter is very important and it must be done secretly without anyone getting any wind of it. Carrie did exactly according to what she was told to do and came back to the personal quarters of her lady, to give the news to Madam Gwen. ā€œThe job is done my lady. Rest assuredā€, Carrie said to Madam Gwen and poured her some fresh tea, from the tea pot she brought in earlier. Hearing the work has been done, Madam Gwen smiled menacingly, with an evil glint in her eyes. 'the message would reach them by tonight. everything was going according to what we had planned till now. Now I can't afford to make any mistakes', thought Madam Gwen. ā€˜Now no one can stop my daughter from getting the power, as I did everything in my power to pave the way for her reaching the goal. Now no one can belittle or look down on me and my daughterā€™ Madam Gwen thought and rejoiced internally. ~*~ happy reading ā¤ā¤ā¤
