Avery was feeling repulsive by hearing her dear second younger sister Cassy's fake concern and sad face.

‘afraid??. Feeling worried that I got a deadly disease??. Oh come on. You must be rejoicing inside seeing me like that. You will be the first person to celebrate if I ever got a deadly disease. You will even give offerings, and pray to the god for me to die quickly, so that I can be removed from your path as an obstacle. You sly viscous snake. You will even put a poisonous snake to shame with the amount of poisonous thought that are brewing inside your greedy soul', Avery thought and snorted mockingly.

“What happened, first elder sister?. Are you okay?. Is your health deteriorating”, her second younger sister Cassy asked in her skilled fake concerned voice.

If one heard those words if her younger sister Cassy, they would believe that she was such a caring and loving sister, worrying about her elder sister Avery.

But if one listen to it carefully, all the questions Cassy asked was like cursing a healthy person to have a bad health condition.

Avery knows clearly that those words were her second younger sister Cassy’s true inner thoughts.

Avery caught on to the fact that Cassy had come to her room with a hidden purpose and also to fetch news about her real health condition, as her dear second younger sister Cassy really doubted the news given by the medicine man about her health.

It was clear as day that Cassy was wishing for her elder sister Avery to have her health deteriorating indirectly.

“Oh…its nothing…I have a sour throat. That’s why. Nothing big. Don’t you worry about me, second younger sister”, Avery played along and successfully managed to cover up her mocking snort.

“Zara. I feel my throat have dried up. Bring me some water to drink. And also bring refreshments to serve for second younger sister Cassy”, Avery ordered her maid servant, who was following behind her like a shadow from the garden.

“Yes, my lady. I will come back in a minute”, Zara said and excused herself to go to the kitchen to fetch the things, her lady, Miss Avery ordered her to do.

After Zara went out to get the refreshments for the two miss of the Hastings household, Both Avery and Cassy went and sat on the chairs facing each other.

“First elder sister. Have you heard it. The princes of our kingdom, who were out of the capital for some official work, was summoned back to the capital a few days before. And the news was spreading already in the streets of the common market that the second Prince Avalon, and the third Prince Theodore had already arrived in the capital and was currently residing in the royal palace. The people in the streets are gossiping that both the Princes were called back by the royal king, to speak about their marriage”, Cassy started ranting about the news that Avery had already knew about.

“I was very excited about seeing the princes for the first time in person, first elder sister. They said that the princes are participating in the parade for the thanks giving ritual”, cassy said with her eyes shinning with a light.

Avery only rolled her eyes looking at her second younger sister Cassy, who was busy day dreaming about the princes.

“I want to go and see the princes while the parade pass through the streets of the capital. I want to look beautiful and want to be the best looking one”, Cassy said and continued further..

“So, I want to ask a favor from you, dear elder sister”, Cassy said and took one of Avery’s hand from the table where Avery kept her hand and started swinging it and behaved like a spoiled brat.

Avery really had the urge to get her have out if that sly snake's hold and very much wanted to smack her across the face for acting like this. But Avery controlled that sudden urge and put on a nice fake smile.
