Hastings household Mansion. In the early hours of the day, everyone was so busy to welcome the new day and it was the same in the Hastings household Mansion too. Every servant was running around the wide corridors of the mansion, buzzing around the house while doing some sort of manual work, which was allocated for each of them. Some of the house maids were sweeping, wiping and dusting every nook and corner in the whole Mansion so as to not leave even a speck of the dust, as if there was any dust left out without cleaning or wiped out, and that was caught by Madam Gwen, then it’s the end game for that servants. Madam Gwen would toast them and give severe punishment in her angry mode. So every one of the servants in the household didn’t had to guts to slack off and worked diligently. Because no one wanted to get caught and punished by Madam Gwen. As the servant who got caught for not wiping the floor in a deeper clean way, was caught and twenty whip lashes were given. So every servant in the household knows too well not to cross and get caught by the female head of the household. The male servants were sweeping the open courtyards and trimming the plants in the garden present in each court yard and the decorative plant pots that were present in the sideways of the courtyard, that had grown more than its usual size and was trimmed accordingly. Few of the male servants were lighting the lamps and candles to give brightness to the inner rooms of the mansion. It was the same in the kitchen too. Several heads of the servants were bending down and sorting out the ingredients needed to make today’s foods. Some were cutting the vegetables and few were trying to start the fire for the cooking. In the middle of all these crazy morning activities, one small figure at the corner of the kitchen was busy brewing something with utmost diligence. It was none other than Zara, the first Miss Avery Hastings servant maid. She was busy in brewing the herbal health tonic given by the medicine man for her lady, Miss Avery. Most likely, the one that Zara pleaded and pestered him to give her while grunting in dissatisfaction. From the day when she saw her lady Miss Avery on the bed while looking pale like a dead person, without moving any parts of her body and the day when her lady woke up and nearly fainted on the same day in her bedroom, Zara was scared to the ends of her wits and was more concerned about her lady AveryHastings' health. She made it her first and foremost job during the dawn of the day to brew those herbal medicines she got from the medicine man for her lady daily, so that she can nurse back her lady’s previous healthy condition. From the day her lady, first Miss Avery woke up from her vegetative state, she behaved weirdly and her previous sunny and bright smile disappeared expect for the times, her lady spent it with little young master Maxwell. Aside from that time, her lady Avery was mostly thinking about something deeply, without even realizing that she was calling her lady and would be lost in her own world. This bothered Zara very much. In my memories, her lady Miss Avery was the most warmest and happiest person with a small smile always donned on her small and pretty, white face that looked no less than a flawless white tinned precious pearl beads. Her Lady Miss Avery always had an aura that was warm and approachable and she had that happy vibe to her. The persons who come in contact with her would feel her invisible aura of warmth and she was like the brightest star shining in the starry night sky. But all that changed once when her lady Avery was met with a near end of life situation and came back from her long days of deep sleep. Zara thought that her lady’s temperament changed slightly due to her horrible experience and it might have caused her lady a big trauma. Because from the day her Lady, Miss Avery woke up, she lost that aura of warmth and innocence. Zara can’t exactly pin point the cause of the changes on her lady, but she could certainly feel he change. That’s why, Zara git all those herbal medicines from the medicine man to nurse her lady back into a perfect health, so that her lady, Miss Avery would be like her previous self, happy with a small smile on her face. Zara quickly started the fire for the small clay pot, so that she could make the medicinal soup. She quickly brewed the medicinal soup using the herbs and went towards her lady Avery's room. Once she went there, it was already bright outside and the sun had started coming out from the lower horizon. Zara went to the bedroom but she couldn’t see even the trace of her lady Avery in the room. After searching she found Avery in the garden in the court yard. Luke usual, her lady Avery was in low spirits and they made Zara to feel distressed.
