Xavier's POV
Answering the door I smiled as I saw James and Katherine. "Thank you for coming over."
"It wasn't a problem." James held his hand out and I shook it before moving and allowing them to walk inside. Today I was hoping to tell Esme about us being werewolves and vampires. But before that I had to know why she wasn't told.
Now it was against the rules to tell a human what we are, but if they lived in a pack there was an exception to the rule. But still we had to be careful that they didn't tell others. Thankfully from what I have noticed all of Esme's friends were just her family and Zeke, so she didn't actually have anyone she could tell.
"Where is she my King?" It was her mother that asked as she looked around, she also sniffed the air subtly for her scent.
