***Lisa's POV***
It was well past midnight and both Kyleen and Nicky were fast asleep. We had indulged in a night of food, movies, and video games. I lay in bed, unable to find sleep as I tossed and turned. Glancing at the clock, I saw that it was one o'clock in the morning when my phone made a loud "ding" sound. Startled, I realized it was in my bag on the dresser.
Trying not to wake anyone, I got out of bed and searched through my belongings until I found my phone. My heart raced as I saw Noah's name on the screen. I opened his message eagerly.
"I can tell you're not asleep. Your restlessness is palpable, even from here. Benjamin, Dad, Gary, and I went for a run through the woods before settling down by a bonfire. Cody also joined us- you won't believe who he brought along. Oh, I saw
