6 “HERE ARE THE REPORTS YOU asked for,” Nan said, reaching across Bennett’s desk to hand him two thick, bound reports. “Thanks,” Bennett said, taking the feasibility study that Jeremy Marin had submitted to the City of Summer Beach, along with the City’s analysis. He’d hoped he’d never have to look at these reports again, but he needed to refresh his memory.
