Chapter 10

Clark knew he was in trouble, as he looked up and saw Alpha Mason's eyes; they were pitch black instead of hazel blue. "I'm sorry Lane, I didn't know," "well next time ask, before you open your big ass mouth, your tongue is going to get you in trouble and the next thing you know, it will be cut out," Clark was scared of Lane, he remembered the last time they got  into it, Caroline sighed as she put her hand on his shoulder. "Lane please let Mason back out, I think he can handle this on his own," he turned to her, grabbing her by the arm pulling her toward the bedroom, when they got inside, he pushed her up against the bedroom walls growling, "Do not ever speak to me like that ever again Infront of my own pack members,"  she looked at him like he was crazy, she shoved him away after she slapped the s**t out of him, he held his face. Growling, "you can't even control yourself with me. Do you really think your going to treat me like that, I had enough of my own pack, she stood from the wall and got into his face, Mason was back but she didn't care, "you better tell your wolf to never touch me again, not ever talk to me like that ever again, I would rather be a f*****g rogue before you put your hands on me ever, she turned away from him and walked out of the bedroom, but she turned back grabbed a few suitcases and left the room, until you learn how to talk to me and how to treat me, I'll be in another room, she left slamming the door behind her. She went three floors down and found a empty room, she opened the door and went inside, she found a phone in there, and she needed to talk to her father, she dialed his number and listen for it to ring but he didn't answer, she called him back a few times, the fourth ring someone finally answered but it wasn't her dad, it was alpha Jack, 

"Hello, who is this? Why do you keep calling this phone, it's been ringing off the hook, are you going to answer or are you just going to breath into the phone like a pervert," she sighed why would he be answering her father's phone, then she got a sick feeling in the pit up her stomach, she finally found her words, Jack, this is Caroline, can I please talk to my father please?" There was silence on the other line for a few minutes, and then he spoke the words that she was dreading to hear. "Caroline I'm sorry but your father is dead the woman that was your so called mother that raised you, escaped from the cells some how, she broke into your father house stabbing him in the heart with a silver dagger, she warned him to mark her to make her his but he never did, she escaped Caroline, I don't know where's she is at, she doesn't know your a werecat. Your father and I had to send you away the pack would have killed you, it was the only way to keep you safe. We don't know where Blanch is, so stay safe Caroline, he hung up the phone. She stood there with the phone still to her ear, she didn't even notice when Mason knocked down her bedroom door, she suddenly dropped the phone on the floor, as she fell to the floor on her knees. Manson only kicked it down because he could feel something was wrong. Lane kept telling him to go to her, something was really wrong, she started to rock back and forth then she suddenly started to scream. 

"NO. NO, NO ,NO he ran over to her getting on his knees holding her, Caroline what's wrong talk to me what's wrong, he looked down at her eyes they were yellow and gold with brown around them, he gasped, Caroline come back to me, what wrong please talk to me, she came back as she started crying out of control. Then she screamed out, THAT f*****g b***h KILLED MY FATHER BECAUSE HE WOULDN'T MARK HER TO MAKE HER HIS," he tried to calm her down, Caroline who killed him? Tell me please this could be a mistake, she shook her head,as she started to rock back and forth once more. The lights started to flicker on and off several times, he was looking around. He had heard of people that could do this but never knew any like that before now. He reach for the phone and dialed her father's number, Alpha Jack answered it, "Hello, hello who is this,"I'm sorry but this phone will be off by tomorrow, Alpha Jack this is alpha Mason care to tell me why Caroline thinks her father is dead, There was silence on the other line, "if you do not tell me, I'll go there personally and break your f*****g neck, now tell me you son of a b***h,
