Richard's POV The only thing I felt towards Alex's behavior was confusion. A great one. She had been ignoring me ever since yesterday and the change was rapid. I had a hard time understanding the situation, and after trying severally to talk to her, she still merely acted like I was nothing but some random voice in the wind. I felt exhausted. I hated it. Sincerely. But there was not a lot I could do than to keep asking her, or ignore her too—which I couldn't. I knew she was upset because of what happened during the competition, but it was in no way my fault. I was as surprised as she was when it happened, and I tried to help her after that, even without her knowledge. Owen had already announced that there would be another competition, so there was no way she would still be upset
