CHAPTER 15 As much as Kennedy would have liked to get more information from Jodie about the fire, she knew better than to press for details. Nick seemed to be doing a perfectly fine job offering all the comfort and support he could, so Kennedy let him do his work without trying to force herself into a conversation she obviously wasn’t qualified to handle.
