This was so f*****g shocking and I didn't expect it! Why him? Of all people?!
"Paris, you have to go to your office! You can't just lock yourself inside there and do nothing!"
I groaned as I heard the banging sound from my door. Ethan surely knows how to bother me. But no. I am not going to my office today. I am not in the mood to face all the piled papers in my desk.
"Paris!"
"Shut up! You can't make me go today! Go ahead without me!" I shouted, huffing.
The loud bang stopped. I sighed in relief. Thank, God. A beautiful peace. I laid in my bed and stared at the ceiling. Everything is new to me.
My own father tied me up in an arranged marriage. This was the emergency they were talking about.
