We had a nice dinner, the two of us. I still wasn’t great at small talk and hadn’t become magically so with Casey, but the food was good, he was great to look at, and he made me feel at ease for the most part. He drove me home with us listening to the radio, some rock station that played stuff I hadn’t really heard before, but Casey seemed to know all the songs and he sang along to them in a very off-key voice.
