I’ve never been more terrified than how I felt when I returned to the dungeons and discovered Charlie’s body was missing...
“Has someone been down here?” I asked Barrett my wolf... I could not detect any new scents since the last time I was down here. The dungeons were still overwhelmed with the scent of Charlie’s blood.
“You f****d with the Moon Goddess and now we’re going to pay the price.” Barrett responded in my mind with disgust..
I felt as if my throat had fallen into my stomach, as I searched all the cells to see if she was hiding somewhere.. I kept looking back at the pipe I had her chained to, praying that she would just magically reappear.
“She was dead! What the fu**! She was dead! Where is her body?! A dead body doesn’t just disappear!” I checked every square inch
