Darius At 29 most alphas would've already found their mates, mated, and have heirs already. For me? the mood goddess wasn't so kind and didn't think I was worth a mate. An alpha without a mate is seen as a weak one. Easy to invade and kill, but an alpha with a mate is also bad too as the mate has a big target on her back and anybody that manages to kill the mate of an alpha can guarantee them a win. I knew I am on the losing side since I haven't found my mate when I shifted. I decided to train myself and my pack to be stronger. My pack is ranked #1 in this region and honestly that makes me and my parents happy. Nobody ever f****d with us and we keep to ourselves. We don't go starting fights for no reason. I am a kind but strict alpha to my pack members. To the other people though? they see me as this evil alpha who would eat their own pack members. Honestly I don't even know who started that rumor. Being without a mate for more than a decade, it can cause one to be cynical and grumpy. who would blame me? I prefer to spend my time training or reading... or just being alone. I used to be so different but not having someone to live for is deff a mood destroyer. The only people who bothers to talk to me are my two best friends. my beta Jason and my Third in command Alec they both also don't have mates too. Which I do find odd as my pack in this region have trouble finding mates. Looking at my calendar i do have some free time, which i of course will be spending it training. " time to train" I mutter to myself. My wolf is on edge too and not willing to talk to me about it. Training goes by and of course there is a pack of girls watching me , hoping I would choose a choice mate. But I wouldn't i have saved myself just for my mate. Who is she? and where did she come from? She finally got off of me and getting up i take one look at her. Her Violet hair and ocean blue eyes, she reminds me of the sunset in Hawaii. " Who the hell are you?" she asked me. " Well I should be asking you that question, as you are on my LAND" emphasizing the land. " well maybe i wouldn't be on your LAND if it wasn't here. so really it's your fault you're intruding" she retorted back. That made absolutely no sense. "now I gotta figure out where I am and get back asap" she whispered to herself. "well, you're in the moonlight forest pack" I answered her. " moonlight forest pack? what are you? a pack of wild animals" she said and then laughed like it was the funniest thing. " yea we are werewolves? You do know you're in werewolf territories right?" questioning her " are you from another kingdom? I can sense that you're a human so im assuming you're from the human kingdom of eclipse right? " i slowly questioned her. our world is divided in different kingdoms and regions. We have the werewolf kingdom, vampire kingdom, fairy kingdom, human kingdom and the aquatica kingdom. " no Im from heartfilia, a town in another dimension, I traveled here by accident and Im trying to get back" she told me like it was an everyday occurrence. " no way? you must've hit your head a bit hard when you fell on top of me. no way another dimension exists?" don't believe me then but I need to find my way back. I have a family and friends back in my dimension". Not really wanting my mate to go back so I did something bad, I lied to her. " sure, I can help you but first I am going to take you back to my place and feed you. Just rest for a bit before we do the real work" lying to her. Maybe she will fall for me and won't go back. I mind linked my pack members and told them to not disturb me for a few days, as I want to get to know my mate. Finally getting to my house,I show her around and which bedroom she will sleep in. Of course I will put her in the room closest to my room. " here's a towel and you can take a shower, after you're done Meet me in the kitchen" I told her. She didn't bother to respond and went straight into the bathroom. I wonder where is she from and how she even got her. What Happened if she got a boyfriend already? " no way we would let her go then" my wolf growls. Feeling a pang of jealousy I try not to think too much about that.
