Aaron’s POV
There we were, trapped between two rogue wolves who were circling us, getting ready to make us into their prey. Normally, I wouldn’t let rogue wolves get by that long, but Mia was with me and I was torn between wanting to protect her and not wanting to reveal that I was a werewolf to her. But, by the way the rogues’ hind legs began crouching, I knew I didn’t have long before I had to make a decision or suffer the consequences.
