Rose’s POV
My drive home I think about what happened. I won my fight, but Nick and I are over. And what about Maddie. I still haven’t fully figured out what she did. But I need to know. I pull up to my house and walk in. The lights are out.
“Maddie?” I shout, no response. I check her room and she’s not home. There is an envelope on the kitchen counter waiting for me with my name on it. I open it up and read it.
