"I have to tell you something." I heard Alarick say. "May conference kami sa Davao for two days." Sabi niya and my smile fell. Two days is already long enough. I didn't have a choice but to nod my head.
"Okay," I said sadly. He lifted my chin and kissed my lips.
"Two days is not long, I will be back before you know it," he said softly and I nodded my head. Kumain na kami and we went to his room after that. I cuddled with him while he rubbed my back. I am going to miss him. I snuggled into his neck.
"What if you see another girl there?" I randomly asked.
"I only have my eyes for you, August," he said and kissed my forehead. I smiled and hugged him.
