My eyes slowly came open.
My vision staggered in and out of focus. My eyes fought to stay open. I saw dark blue above me. I could hear my breathing as I tried to understand where I was.
I tried to sit up and make more sense of it but pain sliced through my stomach and shot up to the rest of my body, so I collapsed back to my lain position. I was laying on a thin layer of mattress that was just some inches away from the floor.
That was when images of the wolves came back to me. Ariana had come to save us but she died while doing it. I was shot with an arrow before I saw Killian shapeshift and attack the Serpent moon. The last thing I remembered seeing was Kelvin's face before I blacked out.
Was Killian okay? Did he survive it? Did someone else get hurt?
