9. KAYLA
I woke up alone.
Killian was long gone. All I was left with were the memories of last night’s sweet escapades. I tossed to the other side of the bed and was greeted with only emptiness. Of course, Killian was not there; I knew that already. I had not heard him leave though. It was either I had been too exhausted to hear him or he had left quietly so that he would not awaken me.
I lifted myself up and got off the bed. I was still naked. I walked into the bathroom immediately and stood under the shower. The water hit my head and ran down my entire body. It was cold.
As the water washed over me, I closed my eyes and thought of all the events that had led me to this present situation.
I had been fine as an ordinary omega. It was okay when people mocked me. I had accepted it all
