Silvia Davis POV My vision blurs as tears well up in my eyes, desperately fighting to keep them from spilling over. "Why am I not strong enough?" I cursed silently, never wanting to shed tears, especially not in front of him. It was never part of the plan. I had always imagined that when I finally confronted him, it would be the day he faced his own demise. But now, my heart aches. I can't forget that night, how he spoke so sweetly and made me feel loved in all my eighteen years of existence. Now, at twenty-one, I find myself reflecting on it. I may try to hate it, but that doesn't change the fact that it was a moment I can't view through eyes filled with hatred.
